Industrial Parks
Okmulgee has four industrial/business parks with over 761 acres available and ready for development. The city has also designated an additional 1,100 acres for future industrial and commercial development.

Okmulgee Business Complex
Okmulgee Business Complex
110 acres inside city limits, owned by the OADC. All utilities are at the site. OADC is offering the property for sale, lease or build to suit. The BNSF mainline bisects the Okmulgee Business Complex with a one mile siding adjacent to the mainline. This complex is in a TIF district as well as Federal Opportunity Zone and Enterprise Zone and is also available for New Market Tax Credits.
Okmulgee Regional Airport Industrial Park
Over 150 acres have been released by the F.A.A. for immediate development for aviation related firms. In late summer 2019, Covington Aircraft announced that it will build their world headquarters on adjoining property. This park is being co-developed by the OADC and Covington Aircraft. This complex is in a TIF district as well as a Federal Opportunity Zone and Enterprise Zone and is available for New Market Tax Credits.
Okmulgee West Industrial Area
293 acres (in three parcels) of privately owned property. It is the user’s option to be located within the city limits or not . There are two operating BNSF spurs. A new 24" water line was extended through the property in 2018. This area is available for New Market Tax Credits and is located in an Enterprise Zone.

Okmulgee County South Industrial Park
217 acres owned by Okmulgee County, entirely inside the city limits. The South Industrial Park is bordered by the BNSF mainline and could have a siding and spur installed. There is a 12" water line and 10" sewer line stubbed to the property. This area is available for New Market Tax Credits and is located in an Enterprise Zone
